about

The story is about the dreams that people hold very firmly to and try to attain but are sometimes out of their reach. In this song I added a chorus sung by me in Hokkien, a Chinese dialect from the province Fukian, interposed with the tin-whistle which I regard as from my Australian heritage. The theremin features at the start and end.

lyrics

LYRICS:
I see it in your eyes, my paradise
Show me the stone you carry
Tightly round your neck, you idolise it
The foundation is heavy
At a tender time you fantasize, four mirrors are what you're facing
At your journey's end to paradise, will you still recognise me?
